Join STEM Ambassador Joe, who has over 15 years' experience in computer science and STEM education in London secondary schools, for a motivational live talk to encourage and empower young people aged 14 to 19yrs, who have aspirations of their future career with guidance on producing a plan of action for the steps needed to achieve their career goal.
Joe’s live talk content has been created with a personal touch being a young person who struggled throughout his time at school. He will provide an insight into his career story to date and how you can stand out by upskilling yourself, volunteering etc. He will also talk about how to choose your career path and there will also be the opportunity to discuss how to create a personalised action plan.
This live talk, aimed at secondary students, will be informative and engaging. There will be the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
This virtual secondary school assembly talk will take place using MS Teams Live. The platform has safeguarding built-in to make it a safe online environment, especially for young people, including no webcams or microphones and a live Q&A function which is fully moderated.
