Join us for a live talk from two apprentices, Danny and Emily from the Pirbright Institute and hear first-hand about an apprenticeship journey, why this pathway was chosen, the real-world skills developed, and how full-time work was balanced alongside coursework and exams.
Discover how apprenticeships can help you build confidence, experience, and a rewarding career, while learning on the job. If you’re thinking about your future and want to explore practical alternatives to university, this session is for you.
This live talk, aimed at secondary aged students (most suitable for KS3-5), will be informative and engaging, and there will be the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
*This virtual secondary school assembly talk will take place using MS Teams Live. The platform has safeguarding built-in to make it a safe online environment, especially for young people, including no webcams or microphones and a live Q&A function which is fully moderated.
