The first rocket due to blast off from UK soil, is due to take place at Spaceport Cornwall this coming winter 2022. To celebrate this momentous and historic occasion, astronaut Tim Peake will be hosting a post launch broadcast specially created for school age children, alongside Falmouth Universities drama graduate Rachel Harrison.

The interactive broadcast will include:

• What is happening in the space sector across the UK
• How we use satellites
• Jobs and routes into the sector
• Q & A with Tim and other space sector staff
• A film of the first launch itself
