- The language of computers and technology is called BINARY, and this language works with the instructions for ON and OFF. These two instructions are OPPOSITES, so can also work with instructions like UP and DOWN or LEFT and RIGHT.
- BINARY is the language of OPPOSITES. This language is made up of zeros and ones, like 01010001. Each digit in binary language is called a binary digit, or a BIT. Each letter of the alphabet is made up of eight bits, and this is called a BYTE.
- Binary is the way in which computers store information. Now it is time for your to create your own storage device!
