Excavate your own fossils

  • Mix 2-parts corn starch to 1-part water to create a slime consistency. Make as little or as much as you like.
  • Add the mix to a container and push some dinosaur toys, or other items inside. Leave in the sun to harden – this could take a couple of days.
  • Once ready, gather some tools, like a hard spatula, a brush, etc. and act as an archaeologist to excavate your fossil.
