• The food we eat has a big impact on the environment. Farmers are looking at ways to ensure the food they produce looks after the environment, and that we can continue to produce it for many years.
• How can we make sure the food we eat keeps both us and the environment healthy?
• Take a look at the Farmvention website to find out about seasonal foods and how eating these can help the environment.
• Learn about a balanced diet, including foods we should eat more or less often!

To enter the competition: Think about how you could use your learning about food miles and eating seasonal foods to help you design an idea, invention or innovation that will help farmers continue to care for the environment.
