The aim of this activity is to set up an agility course and complete it as fast and accurately as you can!
Helpful Hints.
You might not have cones, but toys, old paint tins or garden furniture can be used instead to set up an agility trail. Remember to ensure the course is safe, away from other people and does not have trip hazards.
If you can safely build in some opportunity to walk on a straight chalk line or rope on the ground this would be effective.
