The video (above) shows a test of the boards on the Vision System.

It only shows the monitor rather than the test video.

The first 14 seconds are for electrical and thermal tests, followed by the Vision task of checking the:
All the electrical, thermal and visual tasks are done automatically.

  • Odd column
  • Even column
  • Odd row
  • Even row
  • All LEDs on
  • LED colour check
  • LED intensity check

Operator needs to locate the LED boards in a fixture, press the start button and test.

If the board has been tested before, the prompt that you saw at the end of the video is displayed so the repair information is captured.

This is to facilitate process improvements and eliminate recurring problems.
