Join STEM Ambassador Rallou, a Chemical Engineer (MEng, MSc) specialising in Materials Science and Technology, for an engaging live talk - perfectly aligned with Green Careers Week!

Everything around us can be understood using energy terms. We need energy for everything—from waking up in the morning and preparing meals to enjoying our tech gadgets, driving, learning, and making new discoveries.

Rallou will explain how green energy means we can continue using everything that makes our life fun and easy, without having a negative impact on things we cannot see, such as the atmosphere, distant forests or rising sea levels. By combining science and engineering, we not only gain a deeper understanding of how the world works, but also create solutions that make life more comfortable and environmentally sustainable. Rallou will discuss potential career paths, emphasising the need for innovative young minds to help shape a future where technology and nature coexist in harmony.
