    • The role of an Art Director is often interchangeable with the role of Creative Director. The Creative Director will often take control of all aspects of the business, whereas the role of the Art Director is more commonly focused on maintaining the overall game aesthetics and ensuring the creative process runs efficiently.
    • As an Art Director, you will know how to build and empower a creative team and never miss an opportunity to boost productivity. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and know intuitively what works and what doesn’t in the design process and most importantly, have the skills to communicate that vision to others.
    • People skills, time management, experience in games design is a must in this senior role.

    Work: You can start as a junior creative to develop your skills on the job and work your way up through training and promotion.
