To celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) were joined by STEM Ambassador Anushka, a mechanical engineer at McLaren, for an empowering talk marking this year’s theme: #TogetherWeEngineer. Anushka will share her journey in the automotive industry and reflect on the powerful impact of diversity in engineering, across cultures, genders, and professional experiences, and how it fuels creativity, innovation and excellence.
